Employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play a vital role in Prudential’s work to cultivate inclusive culture by providing insights into a changing world. In alignment with business strategy, each group promotes inclusion and diversity within Prudential and the markets we serve.

The eight BRGs are run by employee volunteers who manage the strategic goals of each group, in partnership with Diversity, Inclusion & Impact’s Culture and Engagement team. Members have the opportunity to grow professionally, expand their networks, and make an impact in their communities of interest.

For more than two decades, BRGs have been key partners in Prudential’s inclusion and diversity strategy. Prudential’s Senior Leadership Team has emphasized the critical role of BRGs in shaping our culture, talent and business initiatives.
