Massachusetts Paid Family & Medical Leave
Massachusetts passed a Paid Family and Medical Leave (MA PFML) law that provides job-protected paid time away from work that employees may take for Medical Leave for the employee's own serious health condition or Family Leave for new child bonding within 12 months of birth or placement, military exigency, or care of a seriously ill family member.
