A life insurance policy
that pays you back for living.
Features:
  • Level premium life insurance protection until age 65 -- no matter when you buy the policy.
  • Built-in premium payment protection if you lose your job or become disabled.
    • Premiums waived if you become unemployed after the first contract anniversary, but before age 65. We will waive one continuous year of premiums. You must remain unemployed for 60 days, receive state unemployment benefits and have been continuously employed for a full year preceding the date unemployment began. The unemployment feature may only be used once.
    • You become disabled prior to age 65, policy premiums will be waived until you recover or turn 65, whichever happens first.
  • Premiums remain the same up to age 65. After age 65, premiums increase annually to age 85.
  • Guaranteed conversion to a permanent life insurance policy, without a medical exam.
    • We allow conversions to survivorship policies at our own discretion; we may discontinue the practice at any time. The Insured’s Waiver of Premium built-in benefit for disability and unemployment is not eligible for conversion.
  • Terms, conditions and availability may vary by state.
  • Premiums remain the same for your choice of 10, 15, 20, or 30 years.

  • If you continue coverage beyond the initial term, premiums are not guaranteed and will increase annually to age 95, but will never be more than the maximum stated in the contract.

  • The policy can be converted to a permanent policy. Coversion is available until the lesser of the level premium paying period or to age 65, but never less than 5 years.
  • Premiums remain the same for your choice of 10, 15, 20, or 30 years.

  • If you continue coverage beyond the initial term, premiums will increase annually and are guaranteed to age 95.

  • The policy can be converted to a permanent policy. This is available to age 65 or 5 years from issue, whichever is later.

  • If you convert the policy to a permanent one within the first 5 years, you can receive a credit, which is applied toward the permanent policy's first year premium.
  • Premiums remain the same for your choice of 15, 20, or 30 years.

  • If you continue coverage beyond the initial level period, premiums will increase annually and are guaranteed to age 95.

  • Your out-of-pocket premiums are guaranteed to be returned to you at the end of the level premium period (assuming you are alive at the end of the selected level premium period and the policy is in force at the end of the policy term). However, any loans taken and not paid back, and interest owed on loans will be subtracted from the amount returned to you.

  • The policy can be converted to a permanent policy. Conversion is available until the lesser of the level premium paying period or to age 65, but never less than 5 years.

Variable Life Insurance
Variable life insurance offers a choice of death benefit options and the potential to accumulate non-guaranteed tax-deferred cash value that fluctuates based on the performance of the underlying investment options that you choose. Our individual variable universal life insurance policies is issued by Pruco Life Insurance Company or by Pruco Life Insurance Company of New Jersey in New York.
