Once you have successfully completed the form, you will be shown a confirmation "Thank You" for your submission. The campaign code will be automatically attached to the customer info you supply. Lead information must have either a valid Address, valid Phone No, or valid e-mail address to be distributed and handled by an agent, so if information is not available, please do not submit. Finally, you will receive an "Error" message if there is a problem with your input.
