What rights do I have regarding my data?
Prudential allows you to exercise your privacy rights in relation to the data we hold about you. For help navigating how to exercise those rights and for information regarding how Prudential uses the information we collect about you, please refer to Prudential’s Privacy Center.
If you are submitting a request pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act or the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, you can exercise your data access and/or deletion rights as explained below.

Yes. If you are making a request using the online form, you can select more than one product or service on the form. If you do not see your product or service there, choose the one(s) that best align(s).

SECURING YOUR INFORMATION
Why does Prudential require additional information to submit the request?
Prudential requires enough information to accurately and securely authenticate your identity. Your personal data will be used for the sole purpose of complying with your data access or deletion request. We will delete the personal data you provide to us in making this request when it is no longer needed for that purpose. Our intention is not to create a new record of personal information, but to fulfill your request through an efficient search.
Will my data be secure?
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. Individuals who are authorized to have access to your personal information need it to do their jobs, and we require them to keep that information secure and confidential.
PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST
What information will Prudential provide that relates to me?
Your security is of the utmost concern to us, and we will provide you with any information that we are able to within the limits defined by applicable law. In some circumstances, it may not be possible to provide you with all information that has been collected about you.
Prudential may not disclose personal data that would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. For instance, we may not return data that violates the privacy of a third party, relates to business confidential information, or that would be protected by intellectual property rights.
How can I receive my requested information?
If Prudential is able to fulfill your request, your information will be made available in one of these ways:
- Online – We currently support commonly used digital file formats such as PDF, Excel and CSV.
- Via secure electronic or regular mail

How long will it take to get my data once I have submitted my request?
Prudential will provide you with the status of your request after you have submitted it. If we require more time to respond, we will let you know in advance and provide you with an update on the status of your request.
How can I learn the status of my request?
Prudential will send you a message (via email or based on format request was originally received in) confirming the status of your request, including when it is completed. Please make note of your login information and request ID after submitting. If you need additional assistance before receiving this message, please call 1-844-PRU-DSAR (1-844-778-3727).
How can I withdraw my Data Subject Access/Deletion Request?
To withdraw your request, call 1-844-PRU-DSAR (1-844-778-3727). Please have your request ID available.
