Why did I get a notice of deficiency?If you miss a premium payment or make a withdrawal, it may cause the premium account to fall below the amount due. In this case, your death benefit guarantee will be lost. If you have lost your death benefit guarantee and the contract fund falls below the minimum required level due to missed premium payments or poor investment results, your policy will lapse.

You can make a payment by logging into your account online, or by using our automated phone system at 800-778-2255.
- How can I view my policy values and get other information about my coverage?
You can access additional policy information by logging into your account online. Your most recent annual statement is also a valuable source of policy information.
