How to Access Wealthscape

Once at the home page, click "Register Now" to enroll*. You will be asked for the last four digits of your social security number, your name as it appears on your account, and date of birth. myWealthscape will provide access to your account anytime from anywhere.

If you have a trust, corporate, or estate account please call the COMMAND Service Center at 800-235-7637 to receive a user ID and temporary PIN to ensure the security of your account.

If you have multiple accounts that you wish to see under the same user ID, please call the COMMAND Service Center Service. (If multiple individuals are involved, each party must authorize this link.)

If you have other Prudential products which you view through the Prudential.com portal you can also view your Pruco Command account by clicking on "brokerage" once logged in on that page.

 

e-Delivery

e-Delivery is a service offered through myWealthscape which notifies you that your account statement or trade confirmation is available for online viewing, rather than receiving paper documents.

How to Use e-Delivery

  1. Login to your myWealthscape account or Prudential account.

  2. From the Accounts drop-down list, select the account you wish to enroll and click "Documents".

  3. Under the "Go Paperless" box, click the "Enroll Now" link. Confirm your e-mail address is accurate (if it is not, select "Edit E-Mail" to update it). Then select "Electronic Delivery" for each document type.

  4. Click the "Save" button and accept the agreement. Within 24 hours the e-Notification program will suppress paper statements and/or trade confirmations. Please note that you will need to follow this process for each of the accounts that you would like to have e-Notification of statements and confirmations. Only one joint account owner will receive e-notification since one e-mail address is designated for e-Notification per account.
