New Jersey Temporary Disability Benefits and Family Leave Insurance

New Jersey Temporary Disability Benefit (TDB) provides benefit payments to insured NJ workers who suffer an illness, injury, or other disability that prevents them from working, and that wasn’t caused by their job.

Family Leave Insurance (NJ FLI) provides individuals with up to twelve weeks of paid benefits during a 12-month period to care for a seriously ill loved one, such as an aging parent or in-law.
