We have taken a number of steps to provide support and assistance to our customers, their families and loved ones in the affected areas:
- We have set up a special emergency number for customers who have questions or concerns about any of their Prudential products or services. Please call us toll-free at (800) 556-8527.
- If you are in immediate financial need and your life insurance policy has available cash value, we can provide quick access to these funds through a policy loan or withdrawal.
- If you need an extension on paying your premium, we can talk with you about that, too.
- If your policy or contract was lost or damaged, we can provide a replacement.
We will continue to assess ways we can help meet the needs of our customers and communities in the region over the long term as we work together to rebuild.
