Business Travel Accident (BTA) Insurance coverage provides a benefit for loss of life and certain injuries resulting from a covered accident while traveling on business.1 Your employer pays for your BTA coverage. There are many reasons to obtain BTA Insurance coverage issued by The Prudential Insurance Company of America (Prudential).
Benefits to You
- Added security. BTA Insurance is offered in addition to Life and/or Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance.
- Added protection. In addition to loss of life, other types of injuries that may be covered under BTA Insurance include dismemberment, loss of sight or hearing, and paralysis.
- Increased benefit amounts. Benefits provided under BTA Insurance are payable in addition to any other insurance that may be in effect at the time of the covered accident.
