In February 2008, Louis F. Gonzalez became SVP of sales and service operations for Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc.
Lou is responsible for growth and service of the residential and commercial real estate networks; and the Franchise Group's administration support services, domestic and international franchise sales, and business development.
In 2007, Lou began as Pres. of Western Region and SVP of Strategic Initiatives. His career spans 25 years in most every area of real estate.
He is a recognized real estate industry leader, speaks at major events, and is quoted in real estate publications.

In March, 2009, Mike rejoined Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc., as VP for Prudential Commercial Real Estate.
Mike is a commercial real estate executive with over 25 years of experience. He oversees strategic focus for the division and is responsible for expanding the division's presence throughout the commercial real estate industry.
Mike directs all servicing initiatives including technology, marketing, education, franchise sales, and communication across our network.
He regularly speaks at commercial real estate conferences and has written for real estate industry publications throughout his career.
