Your Account Statement

You will receive a monthly statement that clearly outlines the activities and holdings in your account. While COMMAND Accounts will receive a monthly statement, Investor Accounts will receive quarterly statements (or monthly if there is account activity). These statements will provide information as to investment holdings and current values. You can use this information to determine whether you are on track for meeting your financial objectives.

SIPC Protection

The Securities Investor Protection Corporation ("SIPC") protects client accounts of its members up to $500,000, including $250,000 for claims for cash. Account protection applies when a SIPC member firm fails financially and is unable to meet its financial obligations. This coverage does not protect against the rise and fall in the market value of investments in the account and does not cover all assets. To obtain additional information about SIPC, including the SIPC brochure, please contact SIPC at telephone number (202) 371-8300 or by visiting SIPC's website address at www.sipc.org. First Clearing, LLC ("First Clearing"), Pruco Securities' clearing firm, has purchased at its own expense, and not charged to client accounts, additional insurance coverage through London Underwriters (led by Lloyd's of London Syndicate) ("Lloyd's"). For clients who have received the full SIPC payout limit, First Clearing's policy with Lloyd's provides additional coverage above the SIPC limits for any missing securities and cash in client brokerage accounts up to a First Clearing aggregate limit of $1 billion (including up to $1.9 million for cash per client). SIPC and the additional protection do not insure the quality of investments or protect against losses from fluctuating market value and do not cover all assets.

Automatic Investment Feature

The automatic investment sweep option assures that funds in your account do not sit idle. The available cash in your account-from deposits, dividends, interest, and proceeds from the sale of securities-will be automatically invested in the "sweep option" you designate. You have a choice of several sweep options to help generate income on your cash balances. Speak to your Prudential financial professional for more information.

Automatic Investment Plan

Investing regularly is an excellent way to meet your goals and can be one of the best ways to manage your market risk. This investment strategy is called dollar cost averaging. With the Automatic Investment Plan (AIP), you can invest a fixed dollar amount in mutual funds on a periodic basis; therefore, you can buy more shares when the price is low and fewer shares when the price is high, potentially reducing your average cost per share.4 Dollar cost averaging, however, does not assure a profit or protect against a loss in declining markets. Since this strategy involves continuous investments, you should consider your financial ability to continue purchases through periods of low price levels.

Dividend Reinvestment

Dividend reinvestment allows you to put your dividends back to work by automatically purchasing more shares. This allows you to regularly invest relatively small amounts of money, which can be an effective way to help build wealth over time. For more information on dividend reinvestment, speak to your Prudential financial professional or call the COMMAND Client Service Center.

Systematic Withdrawal Plan

Systematic withdrawal allows you to redeem a specific portion of your mutual fund holdings in shares or a specific dollar amount on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. The proceeds of this redemption are deposited back into your primary sweep option5 in your account. For more information on systematic withdrawals, speak to your Prudential financial professional or call the COMMAND Client Service Center.

Automated Clearing House Service

Automated Clearing House Service (ACH) enables you to move money between your outside financial institution(s) and your COMMAND or Investor Account. ACH is the ideal way to move money with ease. For example, you can request a transfer from your outside financial institution into your account to cover a mutual fund purchase. Or use ACH to set up a savings plan. Just arrange for a recurring transfer (either weekly or monthly) from your financial institution into your account for a specific amount to help you save for a child's education or a down payment on a house, plan for your retirement, or any other goal you may have.
Please note: These electronic fund transfers are not Federal Fund wires. (Federal Fund wires are immediate, and generally require a fee.)
