TPA Resources
TPA Portal  – Provides secure electronic access to plan sponsor–level information, including:
  • Online life and disability claim reports to monitor activity, claim and payment status, custom reports, and report scheduler.
  • Online medical underwriting reports to monitor application status of members.
  • Online Document Center - View, print, or download updated plan documents – such as forms, administration manuals, booklet-certificates, contracts, and enrollment materials – online.
  • TPA Portal

Association Member Resources 

Evidence of Insurability and Enrollment – Prudential's online Enrollment and EOI web portal allows for maximum efficiency and ease. The EOI process allows you to link to Prudential's online Enrollment and EOI screening tool. This application provides:
  • products, plan design features, and member options,
  • life insurance needs calculator,
  • a disability insurance needs calculator,
  • a rate calculator to estimate premium costs,
  • an electronic Request for Coverage Form, allowing the member to select benefit amounts and options,
  • electronic or downloadable Health questionnaires (not required for AD&D coverage) to be completed by members and evaluated by Prudential's medical underwriting department, and
  • member e-signature protocol.
