You can fill out the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards application online (applicants younger than 13 see note below). The online application process is administered by International Scholarship and Tuition Services (ISTS). The deadline for submitting your application is October 31, 2008.

The required Access Key is: SPIRIT

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Review the application questions so that you'll be fully prepared to fill out the online application form.

  2. Step 2:   Register for the program. After entering your name and address, you'll be issued an Applicant Identification Number (AIN) that is required to log in to the site.

  3. Step 3: Log in to begin a new application, or to continue, revise, or check the status of an existing application. You will be required to enter your AIN and the access key: SPIRIT


       

If you are under 13 years old, a parent or legal guardian must provide his or her consent before you can apply online, due to requirements of the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.  If you are under 13, please print out the letter below and give it to your parent or guardian.  You will not be considered for this program until your parent or guardian’s consent has been received.
