Online/IVR Enrollment Services Give your employees the ease and convenience of enrolling for a variety of coverages online or over the phone. Our online enrollment services allow employees to see personalized eligibility, cost of coverage, and evidence of insurability (EOI) requirements. Employees can quickly and easily enroll for coverage and provide evidence of insurability (if required). Periodic reports show you which employees have logged on and enrolled and which have yet to do so. You'll also receive a file listing coverage elections, payroll deduction amounts, and more. Contact your account manager for more information. EOI Connect Offer employees speedier evidence of insurability (EOI) submissions for life coverage. EOI Connect links to your enrollment site or your third-party administrator's enrollment site in real time and allows online short form screening for simplified processing. After employees answer short form questions online, Prudential gives instant approvals to those who qualify. Life Claim Online Services Reduce your administrative burden when you submit the employer portion of life claims online. This service expedites claim processing and updates our system in real time. Find specific claim status and all relevant coverage and payment information. Run standard reports that include detailed information on claimants, their benefits, and their payments—or create your own custom reports. Disability Claim Online Services Submit the employer portion of disability claims online to reduce your paperwork and speed up the claim process. Access a standard report or select from more than 54 data elements to design your own customized report. Online Billing Services Easily update your account and receive calculations of current premiums due, eliminating time-consuming reconciliation. Online Document Center View, download, and print the important plan documents you need, including administration manuals, contracts, certificates, and enrollment kits.
