Access Online (Enrollment, Mobile Brokerage, Alerts, e-Delivery)

Enrollment: To enroll your COMMAND or Investor Account in Access Online, click on "Log In To Account" to the right of this screen and click on "Sign Up."
If you need assistance enrolling, please have your account number ready and call the Online Brokerage Help Desk at (877) 488-3748. Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

Mobile Brokerage: You can now access your COMMAND or Investor Account through our Mobile Brokerage site.  Mobile Brokerage gives you convenient, fast and secure access to your brokerage account.  You can monitor your investments, check your account balance and get quotes directly from your iPhone®, BlackBerry® or Android™ smartphone.  Simply log into the Access Online site (https://pruco.fccaccessonline.com) from your mobile browser. If you do not have a Username and Password, please sign up for Access Online from your computer.

Alerts: Sing up to receive alerts on account balances, market changes, news, individual securities, entire portfolios and specific industries on any device with an email address (PC, cell phone, etc.)

e-Delivery: Did you know that you have the option of accessing statements, confirms, tax documents and most shareholder communications, including e-prospectuses, electronically? Doing so will also give you quicker access to your statements and tax documents, as they are typically available a week before you would receive your paper copy in the mail. This capability makes it faster for you to view your documents and helps to reduce the amount of paperwork you receive at home. In addition, you have the ability to view up to seven years of statements online.

How to Enroll in e-Delivery
Once you have logged into your account, select Accounts & Services and click on Statements & Documents to proceed with your enrollment

Please note that these services are optional. If you do not elect e-delivery of these documents, you will continue to receive paper documents.
You may change your delivery method at any time.
This service may not be available to all account types.
