Holiday Hours
Monday, February 20, 2012 (Presidents' Day Observed) - The New York Stock Exchange and other securities exchanges will be closed in observance of Presidents' Day. The COMMAND Service Center will also be closed.
Enrolling in Access Online
To enroll your COMMAND or Investor Account in Access Online, have your account number ready and call the Online Brokerage Help Desk at (877) 488-3748. Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
Go Green! e-Delivery for Statements, Confirms, Tax Documents and Shareholder Communications
Did you know that you have the option of accessing statements, confirms, tax documents and most shareholder communications, including e-prospectuses, electronically? Doing so will also give you quicker access to your statements and tax documents, as they are typically available a week before you would receive your paper copy in the mail. This capability makes it faster for you to view your documents and helps to reduce the amount of paperwork you receive at home. In addition, you have the ability to view up to seven years of statements online.How to Enroll in e-Delivery
Once you have logged into your account, select Customer Service and click on Statements & Documents to proceed with your enrollment
Please note that these services are optional. If you do not elect e-delivery of these documents, you will continue to receive paper documents.
You may change your delivery method at any time.
This service may not be available to all account types.
