As soon as needs are determined, the transferee will receive personalized counseling on the search process and entitlements allowed under the government's regulations. A package of helpful information is provided at the same time a local real estate sales professional is recommended. We will work with the local sales professional to help the transferee, and family, understand the local real estate practices, as well as provide community information and a tour of the area. Prudential Relocation will also assist in the contract negotiation and sale closing stages, where permitted by local law. Should local law prohibit such assistance, Prudential Relocation will work closely with the local real estate sales professional to provide assistance in the contract negotiation and sale closing stages.
Transferees who plan to rent in the new duty station have many of the same needs as that of a buyer. With this in mind, the transferee will receive counseling that is comprehensive and effective.
