Pre-Transfer Counseling
This is a no-cost option for transferees to call, prior to entrance into the relocation program, for information about their agency's policy, eligibility requirements or with questions about the relocation process in general.

Home Marketing Assistance
Working together with the transferee and their real estate sales professional, the Prudential Relocation team drives towards an independent, bona-fide offer from a qualified buyer in the marketplace. The offer may then be processed as a Buyer Value Option or Amended Value Sale, depending on the point in the process at which the offer is presented.

Home Sale Assistance
The appraisal and inspection process leads to a guaranteed offer. If no independent offer from a buyer is generated while in the program and according to agency guidelines, the transferee has the option of selling the home to Prudential Relocation. An equity advance, based on the appraised value, is an additional tool to help the transferee maximize their marketing time.

Property Management
Prudential Relocation works with local property management specialists to provide details surrounding having a rental market value established, confirming that a potential tenant is screened, working with the local property management agency and the transferee in negotiating the lease, to managing the process of rental income, property expenses, maintenance and repairs.
