e-Delivery for Statements, Confirms, Tax Documents and Shareholder Communications
We are pleased to inform you that you have the option of accessing statements, confirms, tax documents and most shareholder communications, including e-prospectuses, electronically. By selecting this option, you will no longer receive paper versions of these documents. This capability makes it faster for you to view your documents and helps to reduce the amount of paperwork you receive at home.
How to Enroll in e-Delivery
Once you have logged into your account, select Customer Service and follow the enrollment process.
Please note that both of these services are optional. If you do not elect e-delivery of these documents, you will continue to receive paper documents.
You may change your delivery method at any time.
This service may not be available to all account types.

For your convenience, postage-paid deposit envelopes are available by calling the COMMAND Service Center at 800-235-7637.
