Leaves Of Absence
- Paid maternity leave
- Up to 26 weeks of parental leave for birth and adoption (first two weeks fully paid)
- Family Medical Leave (FMLA) up to 12 weeks, unpaid, job-guaranteed each calendar year
- Regular leave of absence (up to 12 weeks for circumstances that do not fall within FMLA or other Prudential leaves)
