Enroll in Prudential Online® Account Access! Once enrolled, you will immediately have secure and convenient access to your information where you can:

  • Transfer funds and access online forms*
  or call 1-800-PRU-HELP for an Enrollment Specialist.
To enroll online, you will need your account or policy number. If this is not available or you would like to enroll by phone, please call 1-800-PRU-HELP (778-4357). For your protection, you will need to answer several security questions to enroll.

Online Account Access is for clients who own one of the following products:
Life Insurance
  • Term Life
  • Universal Life
  • Variable Life
  • Whole Life
Mutual Funds

  • Any JennisonDryden and/or Strategic Partners mutual fund sold by a Financial Professional, excluding those shares purchased through a brokerage account.
Annuities
  • Any annuity sold by a Prudential professional, excluding Annuitized Contracts, Immediate Annuities, or Roth IRAs.
